(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, David Lavern Lilley, has registered at 4260 51 St. S., in Fargo.
Lilley was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
Lilley is 38-years-old, 5’8” tall, weighs 205 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair
In 2003, Lilley was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Cass County District Court in North Dakota.
His victim was a 13-year-old female.
Lilley is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
