(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo woman was cited Wednesday morning after crashing her pickup truck into the back end of Cass County Sheriff's patrol vehicle involved in a pursuit.

It happened just before 7:00 in the westbound lanes of I-94 east of Casselton.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the deputy patrol vehicle was fully marked and had all emergency lights activated when it was struck by the pickup.

The deputy was slowing down and entering the median when his vehicle was struck.

The deputy was entering the median to assist other officers conducting the felony stop.

No one was injured.

31-year-old Fargo resident Abbey Tucker was cited for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.

The NDHP says the Valley City Police Department will be issuing a press release to provide details on the felony stop.
