MOORHEAD - Moorhead Police arrested a man following a theft at Starbucks on Highway 10 last night.
Officers spotted the vehicle the suspect fled in and used a PIT maneuver to stop the it in the 2400 block of 20th St. S. Police arrested 52-year old Abraham Cozzi. He's being held on charges of Felony Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle and Misdemeanor Theft.
