Cramer: "We have to elect Donald Trump if we want to maintain our country, our status in the world and restore our economy"

United States Senator Kevin Cramer says President Donald Trump faced an uphill battle when he entered The White House, and had a lot of successes even through it all.

"He has done more in a short time," he said. "He didn't really get a start, even after becoming President. As you know, there were a lot of people working against him in his own White House. He did underestimate just how deep the swamp really was."

In an interview on The Flag's What's On Your Mind, Cramer said Trump has done used his style of leading to get things done while in his first term in office.

"He did things other Presidents, Republican Presidents, including Ronald Reagan and the two Bushes, said they would do but never did," he said. "Things like recognizing Jerusalem as the capital, for example, of Israel."

Cramer's message to voters is simple.

"We have to elect Donald Trump if we want to maintain our country, our status in the world and restore our economy," he said.

Cramer made the comments while at the North Dakota GOP Convention at the SHAC in Fargo on Friday.
