(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota is set to get over four-million dollars through a settlement with Google over its location tracking practices.

Google is moving forward with an over 391-million dollar settlement with 40 states to resolve a dispute over how the company tracked users' locations.

North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley called the practice "alarming," saying the search giant disregarded consumer protections.
