(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota's ice fishing season is coming to an end.

Anglers are being asked to remove houses from the ice by March 15th.

Game and Fish says the date was chosen because of how quickly the weather changes at this point in the year.

Ice levels vary around the state, but officials say the date is a firm deadline.
