(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota has a new commissioner for the Department of Health and Human Services.
Governor Doug Burgum announced the appointment of Wayne Salter today.
Salter is a former deputy executive commissioner for Texas Health and Human Services.
He will take his position in Bismarck on January 22nd.
