Trump hopes to bring Governor Burgum into possible administrative team

(Bismarck, ND) -- Donald Trump made multiple complimentary remarks about Governor Burgum following the Iowa Caucus Monday night. Including a possible opening for the Governor to join a potential Trump White House team. 

"He's one of the best governors in our country, and I hope I that I'm going to be able to call on him to be a piece of the administration. A very important piece of the administration." 

Previously, Burgum has stated he would say no to a VP or Cabinet position under a Trump administration. 

Donald Trump won 51% of the total votes in the Iowa Caucus, with Ron DeSantis pulling 21.2%, and Nikki Haley pulling 19.1% of the votes.
