Tower City rollover crash leads to arrest and serious injuries

(Tower City, ND) -- Two people were hurt in a rollover on I-94 east of Tower City last night.  

The crash happened just before midnight when the driver of a Jeep lost control, entered the ditch and rolled. Troopers say the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected. The passenger was buckled up and remained in the vehicle. The driver, a 23-year old Jamestown woman, suffered serious but non life-threatening injuries.  

The passenger received minor injuries. The driver is facing charges of DUI, possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
