Bismarck man pleads guilty to shooting at homes, businesses and buildings

(Bismarck, ND) -- A Bismarck man has pleaded guilty to charges related to drive-by shootings in Burleigh County and Bismarck last October.

Elijah Infante, along with another suspect, drove around shooting at vehicles, homes, and businesses. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Marcus Johnson, the other suspect, pleaded guilty to his involvement in the shootings in February and is awaiting sentencing.
