(Almont, ND) -- Morton County deputies arrested an Almont man this week for allegedly shooting his ex-wife in the leg.
Kelly Dittus told deputies his ex-wife was trying to enter his house without his permission, so he shot her through the door.
Dittus is charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, and discharge of a firearm in the city. His ex-wife suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
