Man accused of killing Mercer County Deputy in vehicle crash to undergo mental health evaluation

(Bismarck, ND) -- A man accused of killing a North Dakota Sheriff's Deputy will undergo a mental health evaluation.

Ian Cramer is accused of driving into a squad car and striking Mercer County Deputy Paul Martin. The judge in the case has ordered Cramer to go through the evaluation at the state hospital to determine if he is criminally responsible.
