Cramer on $95B foreign aid bill: "75 percent of it stays right here in the United States"

(Fargo, ND) -- Senator Kevin Cramer is commenting on his support for the recently passed $95 billion foreign aid bill, most of which is being used to support Ukraine in its war with Russia.

"Of the 95 billion that supports the efforts in Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, 75 percent of it stays right here in the United States of America, and a lot of it, over 60 percent of it, goes to the U.S. defense industrial base, which is one of the reasons that we are where we are, is because our industrial base, our manufacturing base, we've sort of squandered that away," said Cramer.

Cramer says "we have diluted our own ability to ramp up for war."

He made the comment while appearing on The Flag's "What's on Your Mind".
