WEST FARGO, N.D. – A man is dead after a vehicle struck a pedestrian in West Fargo.
It happened around 2:45 AM on Wednesday, May 6 at 32nd Avenue and 9th Street.
The Highway Patrol says a car was heading west on 32nd Avenue when it struck a 38-year-old West Fargo man crossing the street about 30 yards east of the 9th Street intersection. Authorities say the driver left and returned 10 minutes later.
The pedestrian died at the scene.
Troopers say charges against the driver, a 25-year-old West Fargo woman, are under investigation.
