On Monday, at approximately 1:31 p.m., a West Fargo Police officer attempted to stop a vehicle for speeding. The driver refused to stop.
Another West Fargo officer was able to deploy spike strips which disabled the vehicle at the intersection of Sheyenne Street and 32nd Avenue in West Fargo. The driver, 40-year-old Adam Montour, was arrested for fleeing in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, driving under revocation, drug charges and for a warrant out of Wisconsin.
Two other occupants were released.
