Half Dollar Size Hail Reported in West Fargo

Severe thunderstorms have officially hit the F-M Metro. According to various reports, hail as big as half dollars have been reported in West Fargo. The region continues to be in a severe thunderstorm watch until 2 a.m. In addition, a severe thunderstorm warning continues for areas around the F-M metro. According to the National Weather Service, storms will continue to move north and east through midnight in the southern Red River Valley and into the early morning hours within west-central Minnesota.
