The Moorhead Police Department and Clay County Sheriff's Office, along with other assisting agencies, are responding to a disturbance on 5th Street South.
Roads are blocked off on 4th, 5th and 6th Street South from 16th Avenue South through 18th Avenue South.
Authorities are asking individuals to avoid the area. If you live in the area, please stay in your homes until the matter is resolved.
