(New Orleans, LA) -- The Timberwolves had their six-game winning streak snapped with a 121-107 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans at Smoothie King Center.

The Wolves trailed by just four entering the fourth quarter, but they were outscored 31-21 the rest of the way. Karl-Antony Towns scored 17 points and grabbed 12 boards in the losing effort. Minnesota is in first place in the Western Conference at 17-5. The T-Wolves visit Dallas on Thursday.

In other team news, the Wolves signed Lance Stephenson to their G-League team yesterday.
