(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Timberwolves are on a two-game losing streak after an 89-88 loss to the Los Angeles Clippers at the Target Center.

The Wolves led by 16 in the first quarter before blowing their lead. The Clippers took a three-point lead in the final minute before Anthony Edwards dunked with three seconds left, but Minnesota wasn't able to foul before time expired. Edwards poured in 27 points in the losing effort. The Wolves are percentage points behind the Thunder for first place in the Western Conference at 42-19.

Minnesota hosts Portland on Monday night at seven.
