WEST FARGO, N.D. – A child is referred to juvenile court for charges after a crash in West Fargo.
Officers responded to 10th Avenue & 9th Street East near West Fargo High School around 10:00 PM on Saturday, May 9.
Authorities say a vehicle driven by a child without a drivers license disregarded a traffic signal and was struck by oncoming traffic and the driver ran. They were later taken into custody.
The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
