Two arrests have been made in Grand Forks Loaf N' Jug armed robbery case. The incident occurred late on September 30.
Both individuals pictured by police earlier were identified, arrested, and are currently in custody. Both were charged with Robbery (B Felony), Terrorizing (C Felony), and Theft (B Misdemeanor). The subjects are 18-year-olds Valentin Mendoza and Raymond Ahlgrim, both of East Grand Forks, Minn.
A citizen tip led GFPD detectives to begin investigating these two individuals and they were ultimately taken into custody without incident.
