Moorhead nursing home resident tests positive for COVID-19

Valley News Live is reporting another nursing home in the valley has had a resident test positive for COVID-19.

In a story on their website, Valley News Live says the Moorhead Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center issued a media release on Monday stating that it is working to protect staff and resident after a resident contracted the COVID-19 virus.

This comes on the heels of a recent report from Meadows on University in Fargo, where one of its residents recently was tested positive for COVID-19.

WZFG News has reached out to the facility’s management firm, Superior Healthcare Management, based in St. Louis Park, Minn., for comment, and, as of late Monday night, have not received a response.
