A Grafton man has been arrested on a charge of Gross Sexual Imposition. According to court documents, 39-year-old Robert Kringstad allegedly fondled a teenage girl while she was asleep. The incident earlier this year.
When interviewed by authorities, Kringstad said quote—I sleep hard and things happen—unquote. He, later in the interview, requested an attorney and the interview was terminated at that time.
He will be back in Walsh County District Court in Grafton on October 8 for his initial appearance.
