That’s the word from Grand Forks County in regards to a June 2018 motor vehicle crash in Grand Forks County.
A Toyota, driven by Marilyn Pederson, was involved in a crash with a forklift, operated by Juan Contreras.
The Grand Forks County States Attorney’s Office reviewed the case carefully and has determined that no criminal charges will be filed.
