(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is under FBI investigation for allegedly making a series of threats over the internet against Governor Burgum, the White House, and FBI agents.
Marino Borges appeared in federal court Monday to face one count of interstate threatening communications. Court documents say Borges threatens to kill agents, use bombs, and commit a massacre in emails sent between 2017 and 2021.
A specific threat against a federal or state building triggered the current charges.
