State law enforcement urges caution on the roadways as construction season begins in North Dakota

(Bismarck, ND) -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol urges you to be careful as construction season gets underway.

Pay attention in construction zones and watch out for motorcycles and emergency vehicles. Troopers say speeding or reckless driving puts other people's lives at risk.

If you speed in a construction zone, you face a minimum fine of $80.
